2026 Fee Schedule
In-Person Cape Town Participant
Total Programme Fee: R6500 (includes R1500 registration fee)
This fee structure applies to individuals participating in local in-person gatherings and online learning sessions.
The programme fee covers the following:
3 in-person community gatherings per term
24 Weekly Online Learning sessions using Google classroom
2 Mobile classrooms
2 Contextual pilgrimages
1 Weekend Retreat
Payment Schedule:
R1500 - Upon registration approval (secures your place)
R2500 - Due by 1 May 2026
R2500 - Due by 1 September 2026
Online Only Participant (Africa)
Total Programme Fee: R2500 (includes R1500 registration fee)
This fee structure applies to individuals participating in online gatherings for the year.
The programme fee covers the following:
24 Weekly Online Learning sessions using Google classroom
4 online group Meetups (1 per term)
Open Google classroom online discussion group
Payment Schedule:
R1500 - Upon registration approval (secures your place)
R500 - Due by 1 May 2026
R500 - Due by 1 September 2026
Online Only Participant (Global North)
Total Programme Fee: R8500 (includes R1500 registration fee)
This fee structure applies to individuals participating in online gatherings for the year.
The additional R4000 supplemental fee helps to subsidize the participation of global South Leaders.
The programme fee covers the following:
24 Weekly Online Learning sessions using Google classroom
4 online group Meetups (1 per term)
Open Google classroom online discussion group

R3500 - Due by 1 May 2026
R3500 - Due by 1 September 2026
